Description

This Procurement Innovation Lab (PIL) Primer provides an introduction to the Procurement Innovation Lab at the Department of Homeland Security, how it's working to change the procurement culture in the agency, and how its work can help change the procurement culture in your agency. The eight techniques shared are ways to improve the outcomes of your procurements, with the ultimate goal of helping to change the procurement culture in your agency. This is a condensed version of what is taught in the full-day PIL Boot Camp intensive workshop. It is recommended that you review the PIL Boot Camp workbook prior to watching this video.
